There�s no doubt that Atlanta native Lloyd is talented. Smooth, sexy voice? Check. Sultry, urban-pop production? Check. But does r & b really motive another sex-obsessed crooner wHO would quite unleash his inner junky than make quality classics? Absolutely non. Lloyd�s superlative assets thus far have been his class and diversity of material, which, coupled with his vocal and dance ability, could have put him into the Usher echelons of the urban pop world. Instead he�s made the majority of his well-crafted but in the end tired third album a series of come-ons, only when proving he�s more inclined to comply trends than to gear up them.
